Refund policy

If something is wrong

If we do not deliver, or the delivered result is materially different from your request, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will redo the work or refund the order.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Naira payments are refunded in the Naira amount you were charged.

Not covered

Change of mind after delivery, or results that match the request but not your expectations, may not be eligible. Contact us and we will do our best to help.
